Eligibility & Account Registration

1.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account and use any service on the tk922 platform. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to verify your age at any time.

1.2 One Account Per Person

Only one tk922 account is permitted per individual, household, residence, device, or IP address. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will be treated as fraudulent behaviour.

1.3 Information at Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering an account. Providing false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds. If any of your details change, notify our support team immediately.

1.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. If you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account, notify tk922's support team immediately. The account holder is responsible for all activity carried out through the account.

Account Verification

2.1 Identity Verification

tk922 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time to ensure platform security and prevent fraudulent activity. Upon receiving a verification request, you must submit the required documents within the specified timeframe.

2.2 Required Documents

The following documents may be required for verification:

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (where applicable)

2.3 Failure to Verify

If the required documents are not submitted within the specified timeframe, tk922 reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account and place a hold on withdrawals. Normal activity will resume once verification is complete.

Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Terms

Funds can be deposited to the tk922 platform via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests can only be made to the same payment method used to make the deposit. After successful verification, withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

3.3 Third-Party Payments

tk922 does not accept deposits or withdrawals made through a third party. Use of a payment method registered in the account holder's own name is mandatory. Transactions made through a third party will be considered invalid, and the account may be closed without a refund.

3.4 Currency

All transactions on the tk922 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in other currencies may be converted at the applicable exchange rate.

Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x) the bonus amount. For example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳15,000 in bets before withdrawing. Please note that wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

4.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• A bonus may only be used by the account holder themselves.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once on a single account.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
• tk922 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend any bonus at any time.
• Attempting to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account closure.

4.4 VIP Program

tk922's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.3% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.6% weekly cashback), Gold (up to 0.9% weekly cashback), and Platinum (up to 1.2% weekly cashback). Higher tiers can be reached through regular and active play. tk922 grants VIP benefits at its discretion and all related decisions are final.

Gaming Rules

5.1 Game Operation

5.2 Technical Errors

• Unauthorised interference with game systems or software.
• Playing using automated software or bots.

• Engaging in fraudulent behaviour toward other users.
• Sharing account details with others.

Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Suspension by tk922

tk922 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of these Terms.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• If evidence of false information is found.
• In the event of failure to pass age verification.
• For legal reasons.

7.2 Closure by the User

If you wish to voluntarily close your account, please contact our support team. Verified balances may be withdrawn before the account is closed, however bonus balances will be forfeited.
